Data and Assessment Manager 

Salary: Grade 7 (pt 24-28): £26, 470 – £29, 909 per annum (pro rata)

Full time permanent: 37 hours per week term time only, plus 15 additional days

Required: April 2019. 

We are seeking to appoint a Data and Assessment Manager who will support outstanding student achievement by effectively managing and processing school assessment data. Administration of external examinations will also form part of the role. The role will also include data and assessment management across The Challenge Academy Trust (TCAT). The Challenge Academy Trust is a multi-academy trust (MAT) that includes Beamont Collegiate Academy, Bridgewater High School, Penketh High School, Sir Thomas Boteler Church of England High School, Priestley College, Penketh South Primary School and Great Sankey Primary School.

You should have significant experience in using Microsoft Office products.  Previous experience of working within an educational environment and using school based management information (SIMS) and assessment systems is essential.

You must have excellent organisational and time management skills; be able to work independently using your own initiative as well as part of a team.  Effective communication skills are essential.

Required as soon as possible

We are seeking to appoint a group of reliable and confident individuals to help with the organisation and running of all internal and external Public Examinations for this academic year.

Successful applicants will be able to work alone or as part of a team, have a good eye for detail and be able to remain calm under pressure.   The ability to run a large examination room or support individual pupils who have Special Educational Needs would be an advantage.
