Salary Grade: M1 – UPS3 (£30,000 – £46,525) (Pending 5.5% uplift)
Contract: Full Time (Option for PT) / Permanent

We seek to appoint a highly motivated and inspirational Teacher of English to join a strong department in a vibrant, high performing and over-subscribed 11-16 academy. The successful candidate will be required to teach KS3 and KS4 English joining a team of experienced subject specialists. This position is Full Time (Part time option available) Permanent and is suited to an individual with drive, passion and commitment who may be keen for career advancement in the future.

Beamont Collegiate Academy is a vibrant and dynamic school community with a strong emphasis on high expectations and aspirations. The academy is part of the Challenge Academy Trust (TCAT) and is popular and oversubscribed and was judged ‘good’ by Ofsted in July 2022. The academy is seeking to appoint two (2) highly motivated Teaching Assistants (Level 2) to join our busy & successful SEND department.

The successful candidate will work with and supervise individuals and groups of children under the direction or instruction of teaching staff. You will enable access to learning for all pupils taking into account individual learning needs and provide assistance and support in classroom management and behaviour techniques. Experience of managing, planning and delivering a range of interventions is desirable. These may include: Speech & Language, Maths or English interventions.
